notes
What we tried & what actually worked.
Working notes from inside the builds — the process, the failures and the fixes, written up while they are still fresh enough to be accurate. They go up when a job teaches us something worth writing down, which is not every week.

These are notes, not a content calendar.
A note gets written when a build teaches us something we did not already know — how an agent actually behaves at the edge of a spec, what a migration really cost, which review gate caught the thing that would have shipped. That happens often. It does not happen on a fortnightly schedule, and we are not going to pretend it does.
The first few are in progress. Until they land, the fullest account of how we work is the AI development page.

What you type comes to us, and is drafted into a reply by Anthropic’s Claude under business terms that rule out training on it. Voice notes are transcribed by OpenAI. No account, nothing to unsubscribe from.
