The quote nobody chased
A customer asks for a price. You go round, measure up, write the quote and send it. Then nothing. They meant to reply, it got buried, and a week later they’ve gone with whoever rang them back.
A routine can watch for that. When a quote has had no reply for the number of days you choose, it drafts a short, polite follow-up in your own words and puts it in front of you to send. Often the reply is simply “Sorry, it got buried. Yes please, go ahead.”

Most quotes are built the same way every time: your rates, your usual materials, your standard terms, and the details from the visit.
